The towels provided were like sandpaper, perfect for exfoliating my skin. It was a delightful experience trying not to scratch myself while using them.
Oh, how I loved the broken light bulbs hanging from the ceiling. Such a charming touch to the overall ambience of the property.

The location of the cottage was fantastic, with easy access to attractions such as the canal walk, shopping, and the zoo. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had great furnishings. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests.
There were some issues with communication and organization. The check-in process was frustrating, as our request for an earlier check-in was ignored and we were left waiting outside the property.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Quaint 2 Bedroom Cottage. The house was well maintained and the furnishings were great. The location was perfect for us, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The beds were comfy and we had an excellent night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of space for everyone.
The oven needed a good clean and we couldn't find any instructions for the cooker, TV, microwave, or heating. Also, three out of four lights in the dining room didn't work, which made it difficult to have them on while we were eating.

This cozy, mind-blowing cottage was an absolute dream! It was beautifully maintained and squeaky clean, with jaw-dropping furnishings that added a touch of luxury. The location was super, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat that was just a short stroll away from all the action. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The spacious rooms were perfect for our group, and we found everything we needed, including a convenient nearby car park at a great price. The friendly host provided timely and helpful information, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay without needing to use our car. We were thrilled with the large, cheap car park just around the corner and were able to easily find the property on a quiet street. our stay was absolutely amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The cottage had all the necessary amenities, like a handicap parking area, a handy dryer, an electric kettle for our cuppa, and even a flat-screen TV for some evening relaxation. Plus, the fact that cots were available and pets were allowed made this cottage even more perfect for our needs. And best of all, no smoking on site! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the cottage. It felt like stepping back in time to a more elegant era. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Chester. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the cottage. It was easy to navigate and didn't have any stairs that were too difficult to climb.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there. Perhaps some extra help with luggage or a friendly face to greet us upon arrival.

My recent stay at a charming 2 bedroom cottage in Chester was a delightful experience. The house was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet setting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the house was beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings, adding to its overall appeal.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom being located downstairs, which was not ideal for my 2-year-old at night, and the flickering dining room lights that prevented us from using them during meals, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

The house was well decorated, bright, and cosy, making it a lovely place to relax. The location was convenient as it was close to a canal walk and shopping areas. The beds were also very comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep.
I did have a few minor issues during my stay. The lock on the front door was a bit tricky to figure out, leading to some confusion in the rain.
